So there I was, just reading and interacting with chat when this wolf popped out of nowhere and tried to get up in Astrid's business. Little did it know it had decided to mess with the deadliest Canadian this side of the Rockies. Some Long Dark players might shoot from the hip as a way to scare off wolves, but our Astrid? She shoots to kill. This run, part of the Backpacker Rally challenge by @longdark4ever, will likely end up scrubbed from the record books since I'm going to make another attempt, but we'll always have this display of Astrid's lethal reflexes.
