Fuck you Cold Iron.
This has been reported and reported and complained about and begged to be rebalanced since around winter 2022, and Cold Iron has refused to do so.
FIX AFE, DON'T LEAVE IT COMPLETELY BROKEN
This is a fantastic game, and the developer can't be bothered to fix it, leaving it in this utterly broken state unless you deliberately choose not to abuse the game.
For those of you people who just want to beat everything on the highest difficulty and never learn to play the game, never learn to get good, just use this(In private, don't inflict this on anyone else please.).
You can get your playstation platinum trophies and all achievements by just pressing one button constantly solo. Don't ruin the game for everyone else.
It's not fun to play with someone doing this on your team because they ruin headshots constantly by stumbling things around, and constantly spam everywhere.
And yeah, for reference, I wouldn't have had to heal at all in this.
Full health: 1500 HP
Before I healed: 423 HP
After I left the map: 1253 HP
1500 - 1253 = 247 HP
To be clear, I'm mad that Cold Iron has refused to fix this, instead giving a piece of shit low effort patch that just enables this even more. This is not a new issue. But at least it was mitigated a LITTLE by players who can't play any other way running out of challenge cards to abuse it.
This was communicated to Cold Iron repeatedly starting in 2022, before they opened their bugtracker, directly to them on their Discord server. It was reported as bugs, in CIBUG-35 from April 18, 2023 and again in CIBUG-307 from December 10, 2023, begging Cold Iron to fix the issue with this. (And other serious issues the game has.) Instead we get a "Quality Of Life" patch that's just some asshole changing a couple numeric values.
