This salmon rice recipe goes perfectly with the aroma of shiso leaves added at the end. Simple yet full of flavor♪ We use sweet salted salmon!

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・Rice (absorbed) 1 cup
・Salted salmon [sweet] 1 slice (80g)
・Water appropriate amount
・Shiso leaves (shredded) 5 sheets
☆Seasonings
・Sake 1 tablespoon
・Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
■Procedure
(1) Add rice, ☆, and water up to the 1 cup mark in the inner pot of the rice cooker, mix well, and flatten the rice. Place the salmon on top and cook as usual.
(2) Once cooked, remove the salmon bones. Break up the salmon and mix the whole thing roughly. (If you don't like the skin, remove it along with the bones.)
(3) Place in a bowl and sprinkle with shiso leaves.
