・150g pancake mix
・1 egg
・100cc milk
・Appropriate amount of salad oil
■Procedure
(1) Put the eggs in a bowl, add the milk and mix. Add the pancake mix and mix with a whisk until it becomes sticky and there are still lumps (batter).
(2) Add salad oil to a frying pan and spread it thinly with kitchen paper. Heat over high-medium heat for about 1 minute, then place on a wet towel to cool and reduce the temperature of the frying pan.
