"Meat-stuffed green peppers"

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・200g ground pork
・4 green peppers (120g)
・1 tablespoon plain flour
・3 tablespoons bread crumbs
・3 tablespoons milk
・A little salt and pepper
・1/2 tablespoon salad oil
・40g pizza cheese
☆Seasonings
・1 tablespoon sake
・3 tablespoons ketchup
・1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

■Procedure
(1) Press the stem of the green pepper with your thumb to remove the seeds and stem. Cut into 3 equal pieces.
(2) Put the plain flour and green peppers in a plastic bag, let in air, close the bag, and shake to coat with the plain flour.
(3) Remove the green peppers from the plastic bag, add the bread crumbs and milk, and mix well. Add the ground pork, salt and pepper and mix until sticky, then cut off about 1cm of the end of the bag (meat filling).
(4) Squeeze the meat filling into the peppers and shape them (stuffed peppers). (They will vary in size, so make sure to stuff them evenly.)
(5) Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the stuffed peppers meat side down and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Turn over, cover and steam over low heat for about 3-4 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Add the ☆ ingredients and mix well. Move the stuffed peppers to the center and spread pizza cheese on top. Cover and cook for about 30 seconds until the pizza cheese is melted.
