Swaps:
Asriel with Gaster. This is the core swap of Altertale, and it's reflected here as Asriel is now the one who introduces you to the game (though Ralsei actually steps through much of the tutorial segment).
Ralsei with the Vessel! As such, the intro segment mirrors a tutorial section rather than a character creator, but of course since it replaces the Goner Maker, it's a tutorial for a completely different kind of game than Alterrune is. (Probably point and click while Alterrune is actually a 16-bit-style RPG).
