This is the theme for the Angel, who serves as the midboss of Alterrune (fought in Chapter 4) and potentially a major character in the endgame. The Prophecy of ALTERRUNE says that the Angel, at Justice's side, will eventually bring the FINAL TRAGEDY upon the worlds. More Revelation/Judgment style than mindless destruction.

Swaps:
The Knight with Gerson Boom. The secret bosses and main bosses swap amongst eah other, where I'd imagine in Underswap they'd swap with each other. Keeping the theme of having Altertale orthogonal to Underswap.
Titans with the Angel.
Chapter 4 with Chapter 3 - precisely the way the dark worlds swap is that each Dark World is given a new Light World context joining the received characters and context from the source chapter with the role in the story of the target chapter. So Chapter 1 is themed around computers and Chapter 2 around board games.
