I finally encounter a Gamma Metroid. Unfortunately, I end up running out of Missiles and low on health. I quickly head back to the save point to restore my energy and ammo, then head back down to defeat it. With its death, another earthquake occurs, and I can go even deeper into SR388. I finally end up in the Industrial Complex, known as Area 3 in Metroid II.

There, I face a Torizo after getting the Space Jump. This is a pretty tough fight if you don’t know how to dodge it easily. For the first phase, you can get away with barely any damage by constantly rolling under it, but for the second phase, you really need to practice your aerial combat skills. As always with any boss, try to use Missiles moreso than your beam, as they will deal much more damage in terms of taking out the boss.
