AMC Has up to 5 billion synthetic shares! as confirmed by Adam Aron
Ape needs to be delivered to customers on the 22nd, if the shares arent delivered, that creates APE FTDs, as they'll have to create temporary synthetics to give to us.
Either that, or they'll have to beg Adam Aron for more shares (which is convenient as Adam Aron has authorised up to 5 billion APE, a number he thinks could never be reached in the normal course of business).
Either way, we should soon know exactly how many synthetics are out there.
Unless, these brokers once again try to kick the can and manipulate their way around it, providing a cash replacement instead of the true dividend, so they dont have to beg for more shares or create FTDs.
