AMD Mesa driver unlock OpenGL 4.1 on Ubuntu 15.10
Timeline:

This guide video is only useful to you if you meet the following criteria:
1. AMD graphics card user
2. Using the open source default driver (Mesa)
3. Have a HD7000 series or newer card (RadeonSI)
4. Running Ubuntu 15.10
If you're running the Catalyst drivers, you already have access to OpenGL 4! Same goes to Nvidia users on the proprietary driver.
Steps (summarized):
1. Open a terminal and enter the following:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:paulo-miguel-dias/mesa
2. Update Ubuntu through the Software Updater
3. Restart Ubuntu and you're done!
