0This is where I started to recognize a few level layouts similarly when I played Quake II 64. Makes me wonder if Midway took a few designs from The Reckoning and used them for the last few levels. Also those laser beam grunts were starting to get on my nerves for how they leech off your health. They might was as be snipers with 100% accuracy all the time.
After all that chaotic nonsense I shipped myself in a package and ended up in a low gravity section where even more Quake II 64 similarities popped up for me. Wild.
I got so stupidly lucky with the cockpit full of tanks and a red tank. Even caught myself some splash damage. I grew desperate and retreated for health. Again I must stress the lack of ammo the expansion provides. But with luck I stopped the ship from blowing up as I need it to reach to the stroggos moon and fight the Makron again. How he lives and where this expansion takes place I have no idea.
