As I am going by roster order, the next character is Ribbon Girl, her title is "The Airess", as she is a pop star who likes singing and meeting up with her fans.
She has some special abilities in battle, Ribbon Girl can multi-jump, being able to jump up to four times, and she can air-dash twice, so she is more of an air fighter, unlike a certain boxer from that one boxing game on the NES.
Ribbon Girl's default ARMS are Sparky, Popper, and Slapamander. Much like Spring Man's Toaster, Sparky is also a Glove type, but it has the Electric attribute, which will disable the opponent's ARMS for a short amount of time, and lower their movement speed, so this does give you a good advantage if you can disable your opponents for a short time, and Electric is a very powerful attribute, because you can then follow it up with a Rush or grab them. Popper is a Multi-shot type with the Wind attribute, so it's almost like the Tribolt, as they are Multi-shot ARMS. The Popper is a Light weight ARMS. Slapamander is an unusual type, it is a Whip type ARMS with the Fire attribute, there are only two ARMS in this game of the Whip type, while they have a slight delay, they are best used for predicting where your opponent is going. I'm not a huge fan of the Whip type ARMS, but at least there are different types of ARMS to use in this game.
Like what I went over with the Spring Man video, on ARMS Institute, the Wiki for ARMS, the recommended ARMS for Ribbon Girl is her default Popper, and two of Spring Man's default ARMS, Toaster and Tribolt. Ribbon Girl is more about getting some quick attacks off at the opponent, and she has a hard time with larger ARMS, and her multi-jumps are good for evading most attacks.
Ribbon Girl's home stage is Ribbon Ring, which is themed around a concert, and it does fit well with Ribbon Girl, some blocks will rise from the ground, and they can be destroyed when hit, some require two hits, and some can contain an item when broken. I find this stage goes well with Ribbon Girl's multi-jump ability, as it puts her to good use. Ribbon Ring is the only stage where Item Drones do not appear, as items appear inside the boxes.
As for my thoughts on Ribbon Girl's likelihood of being a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, I don't have my hopes too high, as Ribbon Girl is one of five characters to appear as a Spirit, and there is also a Mii Costume for Ribbon Girl, and while she does the multi-jump ability in this game, that wouldn't be original, as we already have characters like Kirby and Jigglypuff that can multi-jump. I wouldn't mind seeing Ribbon Ring's music in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, either the original song for this game or a new remix, as I would like to see what new remixes they could add from ARMS into Super Smash Bros. Ultimate once the DLC comes out. I do like Ribbon Girl's playstyle, she is a good character to play as due to her multi-jump ability, but then again I do like how each character have an ability to make them unique in some way.
