The Silver Screen Queen is up next, Twintelle does not use her normal arms, instead her hair has the ARMS ability, which does make her a bit different to most of the other characters in this game.
She does have some special abilities in battle, being a well-rounded fighter, during an air-dash or when charging her punches, Twintelle can slow down incoming attacks, and that will give her time to dodge an attack and counterattack. Parasol is an Umbrella type ARMS with the Wind attribute, Umbrella type ARMS change speed depending on how near the opponent is, and they can home in the opponent and have a good hitbox, while it does start up slow, it speeds up when approaching the opponent. Thunderbird is a Curve type ARMS of the Electric attribute, while it is like Master Mummy's Phoenix, it can be curved at the opponent, and with the Electric attribute, which can disable a fighter for a short while, this goes very well with Twintelle's playstyle.

Twintelle's home stage is Cinema Deux, which is shaped like a quarter circle and has a bunch of cars, which fighters can jump on, and they can propel a fighter even higher in the air. I believe this stage is called Twin Cinema in Japan, because Deux is French for two, and the last bit of Twintelle's name is often used for French names.
Twintelle is the last of five ARMS characters to appear as a Spirit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, because after that, the rest of the ARMS roster have made no appearance in Super Smash Bros.
