Completing the Ezio Trilogy of Assassin's Creed games, we now move into Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Game begins with our modern-day Assassin, Desmond Miles, being put into an Animus to stabilize his condition, after the events that took place at the end of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, where Juno made Desmond kill Lucy. Now Desmond has to assemble the pieces of his mind inside the Animus to break free.

In Part 16, after completing his investigation into Tarik Barleti and learning that he supplied Manuel Palaiologos with Ottoman weapons, Ezio must now deliver this information to Prince Suleiman, for whom Ezio conducted this investigation. At the same time, Ezio continues his quest for the next Masyaf key, as well as learning what is hidden inside Hagia Sophia.
