Completing the Ezio Trilogy of Assassin's Creed games, we now move into Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Game begins with our modern-day Assassin, Desmond Miles, being put into an Animus to stabilize his condition, after the events that took place at the end of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, where Juno made Desmond kill Lucy. Now Desmond has to assemble the pieces of his mind inside the Animus to break free.

In Part 12, after obtaining the second Masyaf key, Ezio continues his investigation for Prince Suleiman into Tarik Barleti, captain of the Janissaries, to discover why he would let the Prince get attacked by Byzantine Templars. After discovering that Tarik Barleti is dealing with the successor of the last Byzantine Emperor, Manuel Palaiologos, Ezio continues his investigation what business is being conducted between the two. And for that, he will need Yusuf's help.
