Completing the Ezio Trilogy of Assassin's Creed games, we now move into Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Game begins with our modern-day Assassin, Desmond Miles, being put into an Animus to stabilize his condition, after the events that took place at the end of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, where Juno made Desmond kill Lucy. Now Desmond has to assemble the pieces of his mind inside the Animus to break free.

In Part 22, Ezio completes the exchange with Prince Ahmet, delivering the five Masyaf key in order to ensure Sofia Sartor's safety. After saving Sofia, she and Ezio chase after Prince Ahmet in order to reacquire the lost Masyaf keys in the exchange.
After a long and hard chase, Ezio manages to retrieve the five keys, just as Sultan Selim arrives and kills Ahmet and banishing Ezio from returning to Constantinople. In the end, Sofia and Ezio travel together to Masyaf, to open the Hidden Library, where key Revelations happen to our main characters.

NOTE: I only recently purchased The Lost Archive DLC, that contained Vlad the Impaler's Tomb and I had massive issues trying to get it to work. What no one will tell you is that, before September 2022, you could activate the DLC normally on all platforms. But since September 2022, console players won't be able to activate the DLC, because Ubisoft closed the servers down for those platforms. Fortunately, the servers for the PC version aren't closed, but their stability is rather questionable and there are small windows of opportunity to activate the content inside the game, if you are lucky. That's why the cutscene with Sofia talking about the Books happens after the Credits.
