Assassin's Creed Shadows - FIRST TWO HOURS | No Commentary
71Ubisoft was kind enough to provide me with a copy of Assassin's Creed Shadows so today we travel to the Land of the Rising Sun. During the Sengoku Era Japan is torn by war waged by Lord Nobunaga. We see the conflict through the eyes of Yasuke and Naoe. In this video I provide the experience of the first two hours so that viewers can decide if the gameplay, setting and story is to their liking.
The combat with Yasuke was solid and responsive with some great finishers and animations. Naoe is all about steatlh and though the controls can be a bit clunky sometimes, it was very cool to traverse through the Japanese landscape and castles while taking out guards. The world itself is definitely the star as its colorful, detailed and feels alive with so many characters living their daily lives. Hopefully I will be able to archive this game in the future in a full walkthrough.
