Assault Android Cactus: (no-Powerups) Liquorice vs. (VPC4) Process S+
Assault Android Cactus+ (PC(W,M,L)/Steam)
Version 190430s (2019 Apr 30)
Campaign
Stage 2-4: Process
4P Virtual Player Count
& no Powerups
S+ run using Liquorice
So... I was thinking that VPC4 Process might be a fun level for Liquorice... =)
Of course, for a "no powerups" run, the wasp phase worried me a bit (Liquorice is notably slower against wasp swarms, compared to Lemon (and other characters!), and in a VPC4 run, being slow can cause battery problems later!), and after a couple test runs... apparently, I was right to be worried a bit. ^^;
After making some strategy adjustments, though, things started going a bit smoother... and eventually, this run happened. ^_^
Unfortunately, on this particular run, I wasn't able to get the powerups clustered together as closely as I wanted... but the rest of the run (including the wasp phase!) went pretty well, so... =)
So anyway, here it is... my first ever VPC4 "no powerups" Liquorice S+... hope you enjoy!
A couple minorly interesting/amusing moments from this run:
0:45 1:22 I'm not sure if the physics really make sense if you think about it too much... but it's definitely useful that Liquorice's slash can hit enemies on the other side of small structures like these. =)
2:39 Three-fer! ^_^ Almost got four. =)
