So, Cactus was one of a few characters I thought might work well for "no powerups" Heat, and after some quick tests, yeah, she seemed to work out pretty well. =)

Of course, as one might imagine for VPC4 Heat, figuring out a strategy to get the powerups to drop in approximately the same location did take some time... and in this particular run, I didn't get them clustered quite a closely as I would've liked (that third one especially!)... but despite that, the rest of the run actually went pretty smoothly, so... ^.^

So anyway, here it is... my first ever VPC4 "no powerups" Heat S+... hope you enjoy!
