6For exploring the planet surface its better to use a vehicle in ASTRONEER. However there are some problems with the rover as he got difficulties In passing rocks this is where the truck comes in play in ASTRONEER. Bigger better more powerful land vehicle that can easily transport large amounts of research items to the base!

Welcome back everybody! To Let's play ASTRONEER gameplay, part 6. TRUCK exploring in action! With the truck we instantly repeat the concept from the previous episode of ASTRONEER and make a train truck, with this monster of a transported we can gather great amount of resources and re-search for our base for even bigger development! But first we need to actually build the truck. To build the truck we need as always the vehicle assembly – You can still use the old assembly just move everything out of front of it. While exploring with the truck remember to have a track of beacons so You wont get lost in the middle of this unknown planet in ASTRONEER. Why the truck is better then the rover ? Well not only the truck is way bigger then the rover, it travels over the rocks easily so there is no stucking and the truck have bigger power supply that means we can use the trucks building in battery to travel large distances without problem during the night we also can try to travel in to a cave system but then again the truck is big, You by mistake can stuck the truck inside the cave system so I do not advice to use the truck for underground exploring tho then again as said, the truck can easily travel over rocks and is in general way better then the rover for exploring. I belive the rover sole purpose is to transport minerals and materials around big basses or to try to use him in transporting in cave systems as the caves have less rocks then the surface on our starting planet in ASTRONEER. Remember also while traveling on the truck to watch out for cave openings and sudden appearing valleys that may stuck the truck. Getting the truck out of a hole is not a problem however the train may sometimes flip upside down. What to do if the truck flips upside down ? Attach a seat and press TAB this will flip the vehicle back on the wheels and you can continue your journey, however keep in mind this is only possible with the seat made In the printer, as the seat made In the vehicle assembly can ‘t be unattached from anything but the one from the printer can. So its better to use that one, if the trailer truck will flip we can easily change the set from the main truck to it and flip it aswell, You can also just try to drag the trailer around and hopefully it will flip back at some point. Remember to attach the solar panel to the truck along with a storage module to take even more resources and goods for research back for the base in ASTRONEER, After a great time spending on exploring this planet I have finally found the spaceship the spaceship is way bigger version of the little craft we have already constructed it also needs more resources to get build and more fuel! This is another use of the hydrazine we are tradeing for other resources back at the base so its about time to put it to a different use aswell. In the end the sands storms aren’t an issue for the truck as the seat even if does not look like will prevent the rocks from hitting the astroner but then again if You have to, You can always hide the Truck in a cave and adda little bit of realism to ASTRONEER.
