3In which I play "Colony", published by Mastertronic / Bulldog Software in 1987. Once you get a bit of a handle on what is going on, this is an interesting game of resource management. You control a droid defending a colony from ravenous aliens who basically eat everything you care about - crops, fences, and power generation. Try to keep ahead of the aliens and keep your crops growing, fences repaired, and power flowing.
It's tough. I did not do very well, but it took me awhile to figure out how to actually play the game, and to figure out how to do things. I can see the appeal.
