2In which I play "Polar Pierre", published in 1986 by Databyte, and written by Ron Rosen. As has been the case with several games I've played lately, I suspect this would be a much better two-player game than it is a one-player game. Death is too random, which spoils the fun. That said, the level design is interesting. There seem to be a lot of levels. Controls are smooth, although I could do without the random skidding on your face, which makes jumping a real crap-shoot in certain cases.
