In which I play "Tumble Bugs", published by Datasoft in 1982, and programmed by Mark Riley.

This is very much a game in the tradition of Pac-Man, with some innovations of its own that make it worth some play time. The player roams a maze, trying to collect all of the white dots while avoiding a fairly large number of tumble-bugs; I figure there are eight or ten of them on the first level. The mazes are randomly generated and contain dead-ends and loops. Uniquely, there is a sort of magnifying glass centred on the player which shows a zoomed in view of the maze. It serves to obfuscate the larger maze in the immediate vicinity of the player, as well as provide a neat visual effect.

"We gotcha!"
