6In which I play "Shadow World", a game published in 1982 by Synapse, written by Mike Potter. I'm going to start by saying that this game is a real gem. I don't know that it's a hidden gem, but I've seen somebody online saying that at the time it was not well known, which is a real shame. There's a lot of depth here. Silly backstory notwithstanding, which seemed to be obligatory back then, it all hangs together logically.
