Atari 8-Bit Game Play, Zybex
6In which I play "Zybex", published in 1988 by Zeppelin Games. The creator's names are on the title screen. Nice music, SFX, graphics, etc. The game is an interesting one. It's fairly fun, but fairly difficult as well. It feels like you ought to be able to do better, but I was getting frustrated by it after about 15 minutes of playing and losing at more or less the same point over and over.
It has a nice weapon power up system, and it seems like there are quite a few weapons to collect and get powered up. Just ... don't die.
Definitely worth a bit of play time.
