Our new friend Serial Killer X wants to do us a favor and solve our last open case for us, but he's a bit too heavy handed in his methods, so we'll use the power of the internet to locate the suspect before he can. Or we'll accidentally give him all the information he needs, either way works out for us in the end I guess. Also more imps and a submachine gun, unfortunately not really in the same section of the library.

Condemned: Criminal Origins is a 2005 Xbox 360 launch title from F.E.A.R. creators Monolith. Playing the role of Ethan Thomas of the FBI, you investigate a rise in serial killer cases and violent outbursts, which may be connected to the mysterious deaths of local birds in large numbers, all while experiencing visions that let you see a glimpse into the minds and actions of the killers you're chasing. A first person game with an emphasis on careful combat and even more careful resource management, Condemned is perhaps a predecessor to other notable survival horror titles such as the Amnesia series.
