0Previously, Shadow and the gang thwart the Matron Mother's plans and escaped to the surface. When they arrived, they were hailed by the elves of Suldanessallar and questioned to determine their stake in their war. Upon confirmation that Shadow was both an enemy to Bodhi and Irenicus, the elves decided to work together to win back their home, but first Bodhi must die once and for all. Shadow however, had loose ends to tie up himself, such as helping his beloved with her quest and settling a family dispute between Sirene and her brother. To really seal the deal, Shadow wanted to rid Athkatla of fear by getting rid of the Shadow Thieves as well, then finally, put Yoshimo's soul to proper rest. The final showdown was getting close, and the gang never felt more prepared than ever, but will they have the strength to truly defeat him once and for all?
