You system is setup to automatically delete some files, but you can select even more files for deletion. Many are system type files for debugging and error reporting. Their not really needed anymore after the error report is sent. With a simple point and click interface, you can find these files and decide whether to delete them or not.

If you do decide to delete the Windows Update and other files, the first time you reboot after this, it might take a long time for Windows to configure.
