Bayhawks 16, Lizards 14 - MLL Week 3 Highlights
32Lyle Thompson put on a show against the Lizards, scoring five goals and adding two assists en route to a 16-14 victory on Saturday, June 15.
In addition to Thompson, the Bayhawks got scoring contributions from eight different players. Nick Mariano registered a hat trick for the Bayhawks while Colin Heacock, Matt Abbott, Steele Stanwick, Ryan Tucker, Kenny Massa, and Brendan Bomberry each found the back of the net once.
Goalie Niko Amato was really solid in goal for the Hawks making 15 saves on 29 Lizards shots.
The Bayhawks victory puts them at 2-0 and on top of the standings through three weeks while the Lizards fall to 0-3 on the season.
