It's consistent - if you find that address in a map and nop the bottom-most "accesses" result, this happens. What sucks is that cheat engine isn't actually finding things usable to any modder because it doesn't know what MIPS is, these aren't real opcodes, so the likelihood of finding whatever's actually going on here is 0.00000000000000000001%.
