While ideas will occasionally cross-pollinate to other developers, most game formats will be the domain of a single developer and the iterations will come from the original ideator. Oleander Garden’s Eventide Sigil contained many fascinating concepts but suffered from a lack of content. Garden’s newest project looks rather similar to Eventide Sigil, so have they expanded on their previous great ideas or did they allow Harlequin Fair to be similarly content-sparse?
