The Hands of God weapon's true strength isn't in damage output but rather in its ability to knock an opponent over, imo. The running R1 sends opponents flying backwards, the forward + R1 headbutt causes people to faceplant in place, and the incredibly hard to land R2 also causes a knockdown. While you could try to optimize for damage output I went to take advantage of its knockdown quirk by creating a build that tests if an opponent panics out of a wake up. While the God's Wrath anti wake up doesn't always land it lands often enough that the build is fun to use.
