In some invasions I occasionally feel like giving the host a break by just leaving after removing a summon or an opportunity to just play the level but with me following them. Sometimes I give them a few misc items beforehand but it really depends on if I feel they'll actually pick them up. Generally I only do this if I see someone is struggling or if it's after a few re-invasion but they're giving an honest effort regardless, not resummoning or just running away. Occasionally there are exceptions, in this case I wasn't expecting the resummon and because the previous invasion I figured I'd just see where it would go regardless. Although this was one where I regretted making that exception it did make the invasion more interesting as a result.
