There seems to be a long standing bug in all of the SoulsBorne games where the game suffers from a connection error in multiplayer when a host finds themselves invaded and without a summon. It doesn't happen every time and sometimes it doesn't happen until the host is at 0 hp but it seems to be a very consistent bug. Not sure why FromSoftware/Sony/Atlus/Bandai Namco/QLOC/Bluepoint never fixed this. /sarcasm
