Stream snipers can be fun and interesting but the majority I get are just trying their to best to either kill me by any means or just waste time. Most of them will never say anything in chat but certain actions can suggest they're sniping and sometimes outright confirm that they are, such as immediately following the stream to an entirely different location with a clear lack of intent to progress their playthrough. With how min/maxed most of these snipers are, how toxic some of them can be, and how passive reactive many of them play it can get tedious dealing with them.

As someone who prefers a rush down type of playstyle, despite its serious limitations in Souls games, I often forget that I can twist the game's flow just as much as they can. While I don't enjoy playing passively and much less waiting in the level it at least forces the situation back into being an invasion. It was surprising that this host played the level as it was though, usually they summon in phantoms or just disconnect if they need to leave the archstone/bonfire.
