In order to unlock the Late For Work achievement, you must defeat Nihilanth in under 4 minutes. This isn't too hard if you follow these tips:

1) Right at the start of the fight, go around and place a satchel on the spot where the 3 Healing Crystals will come out of the ground.

2) After placing the Satchels, quickly take out the shield generators with the Gluon Gun (or any hard hitting weapons you have). I started this fight from Chapter select, and didn't seem to have the Tau Cannon. If that's the case for you as well, just use something else.

3) Once the shield generators have been dealt with, run to a Supply Drop and grab more Gluon ammo. Now start taking down Nihilanth's shields. Keep damaging them until you are directly hurting Nihilanth.

4) Once Nihilanth raises the Healing Crystals, swap to your Satchels and detonate the 3 you placed at the start of the fight. This will blow up the crystals and start the last part of the fight.

5) Keep hitting Nihilanth with the Gluon Gun or any high damaging weapon. When you need ammo, run to a supply drop.

6) Once you damage Nihilanth enough and his head opens in the back, use the Gluon Gun to QUICKLY destroy the crystal.

If you do this correctly, you should be able to kill Nihilanth in under 4 minutes, unlocking the achievement! If not, try again, it really isn't too hard once you get the fight down. This was actually my fist try after seeing that this was an achievement that can be earned.
