Black Mesa - How To Unlock The Following The Rules VERY RARE Achievement!
0In order to unlock the Following The Rules achievement, you must get to Chapter 15, Xen. Once at Xen, proceed through the level until you enter a huge, open cave with many Barnacles and a few Ichthyosaurs in it.
Kill the Barnacles whenever you can to clear a path to the islands, and use your double jump to get across the room. Just keep making your way across the small islands and such and you will get to a door that is locked. Pick up the power cord near the door panel and plug it in to be able to open the door.
Once inside the small room, you will see a chalkboard with a message that says "Please wipe your feet". Go to the welcome mat in front of the next door, look down, and interact with the welcome mat to unlock the achievement!
