In order to unlock the Hyper Saturation Conundrum achievement, you must drown in the Lambda Core's coolant which is found in Chapter 14, Lambda Core.

Play through Chapter 14 until you get the Gluon Gun, and then take the nearby elevator down. There will be quite a few enemies here, so deal with them. After killing them all, make a manual save.

After saving your game, jump over the railing and down into the coolant below. Now, just stay submerged until you run out of oxygen and health and the achievement will unlock! You can also use things like grenades and satchels to speed the process up by damaging yourself. Just be careful not to die to them instead of the coolant.
