In order to unlock the Specimen GG achievement, you must destroy all 3 of the healing crystals at the same time during the fight with Nihilanth at the end of the game. There is only one weapon that can do this: The Satchels.

Once you are fighting Nihilanth, destroy the 3 shield generators near him to stop the shields from being made. Once those are destroyed, start damaging the shields until you are able to hurt Nihilanth. He will raise 3 healing crystals. Once this happens, swap to the Satchels and throw one on each place where a crystal comes up out of the ground.

Now, keep damaging Nihilanth until he raises them again. Swap to the Satchels and detonate them. This will destroy all 3 healing crystals at the same time, unlocking the achievement!
