Raid on Takao is a gritty, sobering, co-op survival game taking place in Takao, Taiwan during WWII. Collect resources, engage with your fellow players, fix your city, pray for assistance, and win the scenario! It plays 2-6 and takes about an hour to an hour and a half.

A big thanks to Mizo games for letting me take a look at this game and sharing my thoughts for you all. Raid on Takao is very reminiscent of the hopeless-type feeling we have in similar survivalist games, but adds some interesting twists, primarily the character entanglement cards - a fascinating way to show and utilize the relationships between the characters. It's not too simple and definitely has some potentially controversial aspects, but overall pretty fun.
