In order to get to the Art Gallery, you have to head to where all the buses are parked in Brink Terminal. Near where all the stairs are in the middle of the area, you will see a rail under the ceiling that you can ride upside-down to reach the halfpipe that allows you to jump up to High Square.

Once at High Square, go straight ahead to the building that the couple sets of stairs lead up to. At the top, you will see a gap in the gate. Dismount your mode of transportation and slide under the gap in the gate. This leads you to the silo-like area that takes you to the Art Gallery.

Getting up this part can be a bit tricky! There are a lot of rails, halfpipes and wallride signs you must use. My best advice is:

1) Do NOT use hard corners, as this will make you speed up. Taking it slow will help you see ahead of time where you need to go next.
2) Whenever you get to the top of a vertical rail, or the loop rail, don't jump right away! You will handplant at the top, which will allow you to look around and plot where to go next!
3) If you are having trouble with halfpipes (it happened to me a few times), remember that you can dash mid-air after riding up it. This can help you get back to where you were, or help you get to the next level up.
4) DON'T panic if you fall! Look down, and try to air dash to a rail or landing. Losing a bit of progress is MUCH better than starting all the way over!
