In order to get Mesh to join your crew, you have to first find him. He can be found in the High Square area of Brink Terminal. To get there, either head to where all the buses are, or take the taxi to Brink Terminal, which will take you right by it.

Once you are near where all the buses are, you have to head up the stairs to the second floor. There is a grind rail on the ceiling that you need to use to get to the halfpipe, and from there, jump up to the next level. This is High Square.

head towards the building and talk to Mesh on the left. He will mark a tag spot that you must throw down some graffiti on. It is simple to get to, just use the rail towards it and jump, then dash, to the spot.

Afterwards, mesh will talk to you again, and tell you to meet him near the Planet Plaza. This is the huge building that you can grind up. From high Square, head towards where the long yellow rails are that are opposite of where you just tagged. Basically, just face away from the spot and go straight ahead. The stairs up to the Planet Plaza are on the left side all the way at the end of the yellow rails.

Once at Planet Plaza, get close enough to interact with Mesh, and he will talk to you again, this time challenging you to beat his score. You have 1 minute to score higher then Mesh. Keep your combo up with hard corners, rails, wallrides and manuals, and toss in some tricks. He's not tough to beat (I beat him 131,168 to 64,490).

After beating Mesh, he will say he has to delta. He leaves, and you have to skate around until he texts you. It didn't take too long for him to text me, but I don't know if you need to do anything in particular (I already had tagged every spot at this point besides the new ones that are going to pop up soon).

Once he texts you, he will mention doing something stupid, and will need your help on the bridge. The only bridge in the area is near the stairs up to the Planet Plaza, at the end of the yellow rails. Head there and talk to him again.

Mesh lost his skateboard in the water, and asks for your help draining the water so he can get it back. Head to the Oldhead nearby, and talk to him to get rid of the barricade. I had already done this, so it wasn't in the video, but if I remember correctly, I needed 200 Rep to get past. If you don't have enough Rep yet, go earn it, and then come back.

Past where the barricade was, you will see a sign that says Nnilo's on it. You need to grind up the lamppost right by it, jump to the sign, wallride the sign, and then jump off to the roof of the building. At the edge of the building, you will see a pipe with a rail on it. Ride the rail, and it will take you to a control room. Tag the console, and the water will drain!

After Mesh is done talking, just jump down to the new area, go straight ahead, and get close to Mesh's skateboard. This will trigger some more dialog, and once Mesh is done talking, he will join your crew!
