A soldier whose brother was killed in Afghanistan two-and-a-half years ago has defied the Taliban with an emotional pilgrimage to the place where he died, despite fighting still going on there. Parachute Regiment Musician Kate Whittaker, from Stratford-upon-Avon, was about to start Army training in June 2008 when her brother was killed serving with the 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment near Sangin.
