A new initiative has been launched to try and get British servicemen to talk about some of the difficult experiences they have on the frontline. TRIM involves a network of Sergeant Majors specially trained in Trauma Risk Management. British Forces News reporter Fiona Weir joined the Royal Irish Regiment in Nad E Ali South, Afghanistan to find out more.
