Continuing on building with what I have handy. The remaining parts I'll order from Mouser (Singapore) using the order codes provided in the BOM or pick-up locally from Jaycar.

One part ... the 74C923 ... is a bit harder to obtain. They can be obtained via ebay or Aliexpress from sellers in China (if you want to play the genuine-or-not game and wait two months) or from Unicorn Electronics (US$10):

I just ordered a batch of 41256 dynamic RAM chips (for IBM PC/XT upgrades) from them for about the same price as being offered by dubious Chinese sellers:
