Like every other platform in the history of ever (oh well, at least since 1994) Dreamcast has an iteration of Bust-a-Move (or Puzzle Bobble as it's called in Japan).
Bust-a-Move 4 is developed by CyberFront Corporation and published by Taito and Club Acclaim. This was CyberFront Corporations only Bust-a-Move and was their biggest title outside of Japan. They developed other titles like the mystery Die Gekirin and the shoot-em-up RayCrisis.

Bust-a-Move 4 is actually the last game with a number at the end. There has been a plenthora of new installments since 2000 - when Bust-a-Move 4 was released on Arcade, Dreamcast, Playstation, Gameboy Color and PC) but they have names like New Bust-a-Move, Bust-a-Move Universe, Bust-a-Move Islands and the most recent (right now) Bubblen March.

Bust-a-Move 4 introduces the pulley system which consists of two groups of bubbles attached to either side of a pulley. Popping some on one side will cause that side to be "lighter" and therefore rise. The other side lowers in response. This requires added strategy to prevent one side moving too far and therefore losing the game.

Other than that it's your ordinary Bust-a-Move with a story mode (featuring over 600 stages), 2 player modes and puzzle mode. If you are into Bust-a-Move games, try this one out. But don't bend over backwards to get a hold of a copy, because any other Bust-a-Move will due.
