So far, we've only got a video for the Playstation version of this game. Well, here's the N64 version! For what it's worth, BaM99 is an excellent game and a good port of Bust-A-Move 3/3DX. We're still trying to track down copies of Bust-A-Move 3 for Sega Saturn and the obscure Bust-A-Move 3 DX for Game Boy (which is said to only be released in PAL territories?) so we won't be making videos for those any time soon.

This game has great, clean visuals (might be my imagination, but they look richer than the Playstation game) and a modified soundtrack to suit the cartridge media. In some ways, I like the music more than the PS/SAT counterparts, and there's little-to-no loading! The graphics have been modified to an extent, but it was done in a way suitable for the system and doesn't come off as lazy, although the intros for the characters seem a bit awkward. The characters have modified stage backgrounds as well.

This video shows us get up to the same characters in the Playstation game under the same settings so you can compare and contrast the cart and CD versions. Another thing that might just be my imagination, but the Playstation game seems even easier than the N64 game. I didn't try as hard (or maybe I've just improved) and got more accomplished in less time in this game, but loading may have something to do with it too. Still fun as heck though. Enjoy.
