Made some "progress" ... I now get a multicoloured garbage output! ;)

After re-flowing the solder on the main chips (except ULA) I now get a different display. Haven't found anything wrong with the DRAM (КР565РУ5) yet - checked a few pins and they seem okay.

I also extracted the ROM (КР1013РЕ1) and verified it against the Slovak "Didaktik Gamma 89" ROM, so the ROM "looks" good. It's 16KB and pinout is equivalent to 27C128.

Will try to find a pinout for the ULA (already found the A2 pin) and also look more at the RAM ...

The ULA seems to be called a few things - mine is КА1515ХМ1-216. It's also called the Т34ВГ1. Pinout can be found here:
