Almost finished refurbishing my Amstrad CPC464 ... but the EPROM programmer keeps crashing my computer ... in the meantime ...

My folks bought me my first Nintendo Game & Watch ... Fire ... in 1980-1981 ... I believe we were living in Papua New Guinea at the time.

I got a second ... Parachute ... a few years later ... I think we were maybe back in Australia then ... ? Anyway, doesn't matter.

Played a lot of Fire and Parachute - awesome games.

Whilst visiting Estonia in 2000, I picked up a Russian clone for 95 EEK (Estonian Crowns), about £4 at the time or €6 now.

The Russian clone is called (?) "Игра на Экране" ... apparently "Playing on the Screen".

Anyway ... just a quick intro. I need to get a few more button cells ... then it'll be time to pull them apart.
