In the future, when Earth's natural resources aren’t as plentiful as Call of Duty sequels, the United Nations Space Alliance was formed to colonize the galaxy and govern space travel and commerce. As civilization expanded, the UNSA created the Solar Alliance Treaty Organization to keep the peace. Soldiers braved exotic environments and extreme conditions finding new planets but insurgency, and a lack of Burger Towns, halted expansion.
After a War of Secession, a militant group known as the Settlement Defense Front opposed the UNSA. Their fleet headed for Earth led by Rear Admiral Salen Kotch who vowed the SDF would not simply break free, but break the UNSA. The UNSA prepared for battle, but surprise attacks on both their Geneva Headquarters and the Gateway Port on the Moon crippled their forces.
Losing their military brass and all but two warships in the attacks, humanity turns to Lt. Nick Reyes to protect the Earth at all costs. As Reyes, you've proven your skill in combat, but are now forced into the captain's chair. Gather every soldier and wise-cracking military robot aboard the warship Retribution to blast off against the fanatic SDF forces because in Call of Duty, you are told to do everything. Also, there’s a Zombie Amusement park when you get bored.
